Weaving is my passion; art wear has always been the result.  Over the past several years I have stepped out of my comfort zone and experimented with such things as discharging colour or burning out of designs while keeping the integrity of the woven cloth.   This experimentation has given me the opportunity to be juried into such shows as the prestigious NICHE awards as a finalist in the handwoven category for the past two years.   Hand dyeing is still very much a part of the process I use thus insuring each piece of cloth is unique.
